A web development company based in Brisbane, Australia is looking for a talented Indonesian (lived and based in Indonesia) to join our team. Job openings are for full time Remote Web Designer and Remote Project Manager.

Remote Web Designer

Requirements

1. Have the ability to create web site layout design using Adobe Photoshop or similar software.
2. Have the ability to convert the previously created design into HTML & CSS.
3. Understand and aware of the newest web design techniques.
4. Have the ability to create web site according to W3C standards.
5. Discipline and on-time.
6. Able to read, write and speak English fluently.
7. Have a 24/7 internet connection and willing to stay online during working hours.

Working Hours: 8 hours/day 5 days a week
Expected Salary: Starts from US$50/day

Remote Project Manager

Requirements

1. The ideal candidate will have excellent English skills and should have no problem talking to someone in Australia using Skype.
2. Able to write a functionality document for the programmers based of a website proposal or list of changes.
3. Excellent program tester, as you should and must test all projects before showing the client.
4. The project manager will be in charge of between 6-10 projects per month, as well as small design projects. You will be responsible for setting deadlines and ensuring my employees have a full work schedule.
5. Any project manager who has read the book “Peopleware” is also highly encouraged to apply.
6. Discipline and on-time.
7. Able to read, write and speak English fluently.
8. Have a 24/7 internet connection and willing to stay online during working hours.
