Tidak seperti Joomla, jika kita ingin menggunakan beberapa theme berbeda pada Drupal, kita harus menginstall modul tambahan. Modul yang kita perlukan adalah Taxonomy Theme, modul ini akan memungkinkan kita menggunakan theme yang berbeda berdasarkan vocabulary, taxonomy term, tipe node dan bahkan berdasarkan path URL.

Pertama-tama, Anda harus mendownload modul Taxonomy Term terlebih dahulu, kemudian ekstrak module tersebut ke direktori sites/all/modules/ (jika menggunakan Drupal 5.x). Login lah sebagai admin dan aktifkan modul tersebut dari Administer -> Site Building -> Modules.

Agar bisa menggunakan lebih dari satu theme pada situs Drupal kita, klik Administer -> Site configurations -> Taxomony Theme. Anda harus mengaktifkan “Enable Taxonomy-based templates” terlebih dahulu, kemudian Anda akan melihat option-option lainnya pada halaman yang sama.

• Allow all themes
  Offers all installed themes for selection, not enabled ones only.
• Enable ‘Extended’ (path-based) assignment of themes
  Enable you to assign themes to paths (e.g. node/21) and path aliases.
• Enable ‘Themes for Views
  Allow you to theme pages created by views.module. You need to have ‘Extended’ option enabled to use this option. It will show a ‘Theme’ option in the ‘Page’ section of edit view pages.
• Show theme option in create/edit node forms
  Assign themes directly from create/edit node forms. You need to have ‘Extended’ option enabled to use this option. It will show a ‘Theme’ section on create/edit node pages.
• Show theme option on term/vocab/content-types pages
  Assign themes directly from term/vocab-pages in ‘categories’ and/or content-type settings.

Aktifkan option-option yang Anda inginkan, dan sekarang Anda sudah bisa menggunakan theme yang berbeda berdasarkan vocabulary, taxonomy term, tipe node dan path URL.
